My little sister called herself fat.
She was talking with my mom and my mom kept telling her she looked fine but she just kept protesting and saying her tummy was fat. That hurt me so much. She's six and she shouldn't even worry about those things, especally when she's tiney to begin with. I can't help but think this is my fault. I hate myself for the negetivity I've brought into her life. What little girl has to see her sister throw up her lunch and poke and prod at her stomach. I should have made sure she wasn't around. And even when I know she's around my own selfishness does this. I complain constantly about being fat. She's six.
